All you'll need for this workout is your bodyweight a little bit of space. You can literally do this in your hotel room in the morning to start your day strong or after a long day to sweat it out of the system.

45 sec burpees
45 sec half v-up
45 sec push-up (any variation)
45 sec wall sit
-no rest between exercises, rest 1 min between sets
